Terms & Conditions

By making a booking at 63 King Street, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before arrival at the cottage. The cottage is currently £120 per night based on 2 people staying, with an additional £20 per night per person. A 25% deposit is due on booking for stays made more than 42 days prior to arrival with the balance due 42 days prior. If the payment is overdue by 7 days or more, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refund will be given. If the booking is made less than 42 days prior to arrival, then payment is due in full. 

Cancellation

If the cancellation is made a minimum of 42 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be given.

Check In & Check Out

Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am. Any change to this must be arranged prior to arrival and may be subject to a surcharge. On check out, please remove all belongings, food, ensure pots and oven are clean and leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

Damages & Cleaning

• Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived and report any damages or breakages as soon as possible. You may be charged for any damages/staining or additional cleaning.
• Please remove all food waste and personal items on leaving.
• Please return the key via the Keysafe or as arranged on arrival. Loss of key will be charged.

Liability

We accept no liability for any loss or damage to your personal property or illness or injury during your stay, regardless of circumstance. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your belongings. Non permitted overnight guests or subletting is strictly prohibited. Unfortunately, any noise or disturbance arising from outside the cottage, we cannot be held accountable for.

All windows and doors should be locked on leaving the property.
